All products sold by Allura Skin & Laser Centre are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. *Products are shipped and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file a claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Allura Skin & Laser Centre within 24 hours. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Allura Skin & Laser Centre acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. ● All order changes or cancellations should be reported within 24 hours by email to allura@alluraskin.ca.
● All items sold online or in clinic are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
● There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.

If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will send that product out to you as soon as we receive it. Please understand that backordered items are out of our control but the product(s) will ship out as soon as we receive them.

Non-Refundable Services:
All completed services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, treatments such as, laser hair removal, IPL, Potenza, facials, skin tags, and more.

Prepaid Packages:
Prepaid service packages are non-refundable. However, the remaining value of unused services may be credited towards other services within our MedSpa ask for details.

Eligibility:
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (*not applicable for online purchases, see details below *general terms)

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Non-Returnable Products:
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanged con on skin care products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used.

Non-Refundable:
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Transferable:
Gift certificates are transferable and may be used by another person with prior authorization from the original purchaser.

We understand that our clients have busy schedules and sometimes might not be able to make their appointments. For this reason, a reminder text will be sent 48 and 24 hrs in advance. However, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm or cancel ahead of time to avoid a last-minute cancellation/rescheduling fee. We kindly ask that any cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance if needed.

For all appointments we require a credit card on file. We may also require a deposit which will be put towards your treatment plan. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50-$150 charged to the card on file. We kindly ask that all clients arrive at their appointments 5 minutes before booked time.

Allura Skin & Laser Centre will try to accommodate all appointments up to 10 minutes after the originally scheduled time. Should a client be running late past the 10 minute time frame, the appointment will be cancelled and the corresponding cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Allura Skin & Laser Centre reserves the right to change fees and policies at any time. Although we are not obliged to give advance notice of fee changes, whenever possible, Allura will notify you of any changes prior to the date when changes are effective.
