SANITATION GUIDELINES

At Allura we take pride in our beautiful spotless environment, we have been properly cleaning all along, we have increased our diligent disinfecting and cleaning habits.

We have created a safety checklist for employees and clients to follow in order to keep everyone safe. Please refer to our section COVID – 19 Sanitation to check how Allura is working on keeping you safe.

Stay safe and Healthy

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
BEFORE BOOKING

  • Please stay home and abstain from visiting if you
    have a fever, illness or not feeling well.
  • Face masks are mandatory. Disposable masks are
    available for purchase.
  • We require you to arrive alone to your appointment.
    If you must be accompanied by someone, they will be
    asked to follow the same guidelines and provide their
    information for tracking purposes.

  • You will be screened prior to your appointment.
    Your temperature will be taken and you will be
    asked questions about your symptoms and any
    recent exposure to someone with COVID-19.
  • We will ask all clients to remove their shoes.
  • You will be asked to wash your hands or use our touchless
    hand sanitizer
  • We will ask you to sign a client release liability form.
  • A robe will be provided when treatment required so

Public and workplace safety is our top priority. Our safety and sanitization procedures will meet or exceed all provincial, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.

  • Full sanitization of all treatment spaces and linens between each service.
  • Guests and employees will refrain from hugging and shaking hands.
The following areas will be cleaned thoroughly, so clients enter and exit touching a clean surface.

FRONT DESK

  • Desks, plexiglass, credit card machines, computer keyboards,
    phones, pens, doorknobs and door handles

COMMON AREAS

  • Chairs and seating areas, coffee machine, table, magazines,
    product display bathroom, including the toilet flush handle, faucet.
  • All employees will be trained in sanitation and best hygiene practices.
  • Employees who feel ill or have a fever will be asked to stay at home and self-isolate.
  • Full sanitization of all treatment spaces and linens between each service.
  • Guests and employees will refrain from hugging and shaking hands.

  • Exam table paper and robes are changed after every client uses it.
  • Facial rooms, linens, blankets & pillows are changed after every appointment
